The majority of our sessions, we worked through barriers and challenges I was facing, which were holding me back from achieving my fitness goals. With Wayne’s help, I was able to overcome these, and began achieving success in running which prior to these sessions I did not think was possible. In our last session I shared with Wayne an upcoming fitness challenge which I had set myself, which is to run my daily commute to and from work each day (approx. 15 miles a day). Taking on such a challenge would have been previously unimaginable to me, however the confidence I have in my own ability has grown enormously since my coaching sessions.
